Are you Training Yourself on Being a Professional Multi-Tasker? Well, many Scientific Studies Say that it May Be an Error. 

A Study Conducted by Stanford University, Says that Multitasking may Be Disvantagious to not only the Brain, but also your Ability to Get Things Done Effectively Faster and more Efficiently.

Surprisingly, they Found that Multitasking is Actually less Productive than Doing One Task at a Time. 

Participants to this Study who Were Faced with too many Tasks at Once (i.e. to Read Electronic Notifications, to Read and Replay to Emails, to Answer to One or More Cell Phones, and other Work Tasks) weren’t Able to Truly Focus or Pay Attention Properly, Recall Fundamental Information or Switch from One Job to Another as Well as People who Completed one Single Task at a Time.

Multitasking Could Look a Solution to Be more Productive but in the Reality it Causes Mental Stress and it Reduce the Productivity at Least of the 20% till the 40% during the Passage of Time.

Mindfulness can Help to Become a Single Tasking Superhero Follow this simple Mindfulness Coaching Tip: Scheduling the Daily Activities the Night Before or Early in the Morning. Keep a Time Journal of the Tasks that one Want to Achieve During a whole Day.

Then Note Down what one Has Achieved and Level Mindful Attitude and Focus during each Task.
