Whatever we do in Life, Enjoy it. Otherwise, we could Constantly Compromising our Life and our Happiness Level. If it isn’t Fun, Find out what is and Make it as a Challenging Game. Find Ways to Enhance our Skills in whatever that Interest us.

Paying Attention and Giving more Meaning to Whatever we Do it Become More Significative and we also Automatically Can become Good at it. In Order to Improve our Inner World and our Environment, we must first Change the Way we Look at It. Think of Something in your Life you Would Like to Create. Take a Pencil and Paper and Draw it. Free Drawing (Watercolors are the Best Tools to Access to our Unconscious) is a Form of Meditation that Trains our Brain to Generate Theta Waves able to Link Naturally our Conscious Mind to our Unconscious and to Find Answers More Quickly in our “Database”.

Add as much Details on Paper as Possible. It does not Matter What and How the Picture Looks Like. It is the Energy of Drawing it and the Focus you are Giving to the Activity that will Bring new Ideas Giving you Access to a Productive State of Flow. Put the Picture away and in a Couple of Days Take it out again. The more you Focus on your Project on Paper and more it Will Emerge from your Unconscious and more the “Universe/the Reality around You” will Deliver you Ideas to Bring into your Life. In Fact Our Consciousness is a Sophisticated Software that Makes us Passively Perceive the World, while we Actively Generate it. Our Consciousness would be Unconsciously Liked to our Personal Space of the Holograms in the Akashic Field also Perceived by Stephen Hawking in the “Integral Theory of Everything”. So more we are Able to Enter in Resonance with our Ideas and more Details we can Get from our Individual Infinite “Space” in the Universe, Here and Now.
