5 Minutes Meditation for Connecting to Mother Earth

Our Planet, Mother Earth has her Own Sacred Consciousness.

Native Cultures Believes that there is Spirit in everything; in each Blade of Grass, in each Petal of a Flower, in every River and there is Energy and Consciousness in each Drop of Water and each Grain of Sand.

Earth name is Gaia and She is Evolving as Humanity is Evolving. It is an interlinked Partnership. As Humanity Shifts to a Higher Vibration and changes, so does the Planet.

There are a lot of Physical Earth movements and changes occurring at the moment, as Gaia is Shifting and Aligning her Energy to hold and support this Evolution (Higher Vibration).

Meditation for Feeling Safe and Connected with the Earth

Find a quiet space outdoors, or where you can see the sky from inside. You can stand up with the Knees Relaxed and pretty Flexible or You can Sit Down on the Ground.

Look at the Sky and the Horizon and Gently and Deeply Inhale and Exhale through your Nose five times.

Lightly close your eyes and Keep Breathing slowly and deeply, holding the Image of the Horizon in your Mind. Listen to your Breath, the Breeze on your Skin, the Warm Rays of the Sun on your Face, the Sounds of the Nature all around You…

Open your Arms in front of You Keeping your Hand Palms directed to the Sky and repeat three times, “I am Part of the Whole and I am safe with Mother Earth. She hears my Voice and She is Strong! I am Deeply Loved and Connected with Her Infinite Energy!

Keep this position and Enjoy this simply Meditation until You Feel deeply Charged, Relaxed and gently Wrapped by Gaia Energy, and Pronounce: “Thank you, Mother Earth, for Charging Me with your Sacred Energy.”
